I want to get a VIP package, however when I went online to purchase the tickets, I was not given the specific box information I was being assigned. I have a personal preference to sit in the middle, which may not be the "best seat available". Is there someone I can call, in order to pick a specific box out of what is still available? I called Ticketmaster and they were no help.
