THANK YOU so much for calling out Danielle this morning. Dear Lord she annoys the hell out of me. If you two are done babysitting can you please send her out to play and get a REAL assistant in there? Maybe someone who doesn't use the phrase "best friend"? Honestly, the whole lispy-12-year-old thing was cute for all of 10 seconds, but now she's got to go.

Now, because I'm not only intolerant but also a problem solver I have taken the liberty to create an application [attachemnt hosted here] to weed out all of the potential disasters (let's call them "New Danielles") who will inevitably apply for the position. You're welcome!
