The transcript of a conversation between former teacher Stephanie Ragusa and one of the underage students she is accused of having sex with has been released to the public. Ragusa's attorney initially argued that the release of the transcript will make finding a fair and impartial jury impossible. The judge in the case overruled the objection. (Read the transcript)

Nick Bollea is expected to enter an "open plea" in court Friday, meaning he will not fight the charge against him of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury and experts say a judge will take his driving record into account during sentencing. Doctor's say John Graziano, Nick's passenger at the time of his accident, has had part of his brain removed and still remains semi-conscious in the hospital. The Pinellas County Sherriff's office said a Dixie Hollins High School student was sexually battered on a school bus by another student Tuesday as two others acted as lookouts. Three teenage students were arrested Thursday in connection with the incident and one, 18-yr-old Branden Allen, was charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment. Deputies say there were no other students on the bus when the incident occurred and that the driver had left the vehicle to round students up who had stayed late at school for sports or other activities.
