A recent Reddit chain asked if anyone in customer service had a hack for a getting a real person on the phone, and not-so surprisingly, the F-word is helpful.
Apparently if you say the F-word the AI bots will flag you as disgruntled and send you straight to a human to fix the problem.
Something to try next time you are about to LOSE it on the phone!
